Talk to the people
who build Strut.
One inbox, read by the team that writes the guides and ships the product.
Email us
Everything reaches [email protected]. It is a small team, so the same people who build the workspace answer the mail. We aim to reply within two working days.
What to include
- Account or workspace help — the email you signed in with, and what you expected to happen
- Billing — the email on the subscription; never send card details
- A guide is wrong — the page and the sentence, which is the fastest way to get it fixed
- Press or partnership — what you are working on and your deadline
- Security — how to reproduce the issue; please report privately before disclosing
Things you can do without emailing
| You want to | Where to go |
|---|---|
| Cancel or change a plan | The billing portal, linked from your plan page |
| Export your writing | Any document exports as PDF, Word, Markdown, or plain text |
| Delete a project | The dashboard — deletion removes its notes, sources, and versions |
| Understand what we store | The privacy policy, written in plain language |
| See how guides are made | The editorial methodology |
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover writing you deleted from your own dashboard, because deletion is immediate and complete by design. We also cannot give legal, academic, or publishing advice about your work — we build the tool, not the career.
Who publishes Strut
Strut is published by Targa Limited and written by STRUT Editorial. You can read more about why the product exists on the about page.
Common questions
How fast do you reply?
+
We aim for two working days. Billing problems that block access are handled first.
Do you offer phone support?
+
No. Written support means the answer is searchable, and it lets a small team give considered replies rather than fast ones.
Can I request a feature?
+
Yes, and specifics help enormously. Tell us the writing problem rather than the feature you imagine solving it — that is usually the more useful conversation.
